About Channels Spark

Channels Spark is an integration consultancy based near Cologne, Germany. We help ecommerce brands and retailers connect their systems to the channels where their customers buy: marketplaces like Amazon, Zalando and Otto, their own Shopify store, and the ERP and PIM systems behind them.

Our mission

Selling on more channels should create growth, not more manual work. We build the data flows that make multichannel commerce run on its own: products and stock out, orders and returns back, reliably and transparently.

• Specialised, not generalist. We focus on marketplace, ERP and Shopify integrations, and nothing else.
• Enterprise experience. Our background is in integrating international fashion and lifestyle brands with European marketplaces and channel platforms.

• AI and edge technology. We use AI agents for product data and error analysis, and run integrations on edge and serverless platforms for speed and low running costs.

Every engagement follows the same proven path: discovery, solution design, implementation and testing, then go-live with monitoring and handover. You get one experienced point of contact from the first call to go-live, and clear communication for both business and technical teams.

Channels Spark was founded by Mohamed Ayoub Jabane, a solutions engineer and technical delivery manager with 6+ years of experience in marketplace integration, ecommerce data, workflow automation and AI-assisted workflows.
