Frequently asked questions
Our ERP is old. Can it still be connected?
In most cases, yes. If there is no modern API, file-based exchange (CSV, XML) or database-level integration through a middleware layer works reliably when it's monitored.
Do you replace our ERP?
No. We connect the systems you have and make them work together. If a system really blocks your growth, we will tell you, but replacing an ERP is a separate decision.
What about accounting and DATEV?
Order, payment and refund data can be prepared so your accounting and DATEV export stay consistent across shop and marketplaces.
