What you get

Complete data migration

Products and variants, collections, customers, order history, reviews and content, mapped to Shopify's data model.

SEO preserved

Every old URL mapped to its new Shopify URL with 301 redirects, plus titles, meta data and structured data carried over.

Integrations reconnected

ERP, PIM, marketplaces, payment, shipping and accounting reconnected and tested before the switch.

German market ready

Legal texts, VAT, invoices, PayPal, Klarna and DHL set up the way German customers and authorities expect.

What makes a migration succeed

Most migration problems don’t come from moving products. They come from what nobody listed: the old URL structure Google has indexed for years, the ERP interface built by a former agency, the customer group with special prices, the invoice format your accountant expects. The migration audit puts all of it on the table before anything moves.

From these platforms to Shopify

After go-live

A migration ends when the business runs normally, not when the new store is online. The hypercare phase watches orders, payments, integrations, 404 errors and rankings, and fixes issues while they’re still small.

How it works

  1. 1

    Migration audit

Inventory of data, URLs, apps, integrations and custom features, with a clear plan for what moves, what changes and what is retired.

  2. 2

    Data mapping & test migration

Your data is mapped to Shopify and migrated to a staging store for review with your team.

  3. 3

    Redirects, integrations & QA

URL redirects, integrations and checkout are tested end to end, including real test orders.

  4. 4

    Go-live & hypercare

A planned cutover with a final delta migration, followed by close monitoring of orders, rankings and errors.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly. Every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new equivalent, and titles, descriptions and content move with it. We monitor Search Console after go-live to catch anything that slipped through.

Can customers keep their accounts?

Customer data and order history can be migrated. Passwords cannot be transferred for security reasons, so customers receive an invitation to activate their account; we help you plan that communication.

We are on Shopware 5. Is now the right time?

Shopware 5 no longer receives updates, so a move is needed either way. Whether Shopify or Shopware 6 fits better depends on your requirements; you get an honest comparison from us before you commit.

How long does a Shopify migration take?

Typically 6 to 12 weeks for a mid-sized store, depending on data volume, custom features and the number of integrations.
